Recipe of the day!!

Super easy Taco Bake!! I created it myself the other night.

Ingredients:
3 Large Taco Shells
1/2 lb-1lb of hamburger meat
1/2 can of refried beans
1/2 a container of sour cream (the smallest container)
3/4 a bag of taco blend shredded cheese
1 packet of taco seasoning

Prep:
Brown hamburger meat, drain, and add taco seasoning (prepare according to packet).
Grease a round glass dish (12 in. if you have it, if not it will work on a cookie sheet)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix:
Lay one shell on the bottom and spread the beans across the entire thing.
Sprinkle some cheese over the beans.
Place another shell on top of that and spread out the hamburger meat.
Take the last shell and spread a layer of sour cream on it. Flip the shell over so that the sour cream is touching the meat and the bare shell is facing up.
Sprinkle 1/2 cup of cheese (just guessing on amount) on the top.

Bake for 20-25 minutes and enjoy. Compliment it with a side of spanish rice!
