1 lb Cahill pure ground turkey

1 package Spice Club taco seasoning mix

2 cans (15 oz) Happy Harvest Kidney Beans

3/4 lb Clancy's Corn Chips

3/4 lb Romaine lettuce

2 cups cherry tomatoes

1 yellow onion, chopped

1 Diomede large pitted olive, draines and sliced

1 cup Friendly Farms sour cream

1-1/2 cups Casa Mamita thick & chunky medium salsa

1 cup Happy Farms shredded Mexican Cheese

1/2 cup Salad Mate French salad dressing

Brown meat with chopped onion. Drain Grease - usually very little. Add seasoning packet. Add kidney beans to mixture. Serve over corn chips and top with lettuce, tomatoes, chopped onion, sliced olives, sour cream and salsa and cheese. Also, French dressing is delicious as a topping.
